NO MORE "ADULTERY"

My name is Brother Johnny, and I got married on September 1, 1976, at the age of 27 years old. I had a good wife, and she was true and faithful to me. But I was yet “running the streets” being unfaithful to her. I was “messing around” with several women before I got married, and after getting married I kept being with these women. I was committing adultery every day, and when my wife would catch me we would have a big fight. I would stop committing adultery for a while, but eventually I would go right back to the women in the streets doing the same thing.

I would slip out of the house while my wife was asleep. Sometimes I would leave home for the weekend by starting a fight with my wife to make her mad so I could get with my women. I was addicted to women.

When my last child was born, I left my wife for three months for another woman. I hurt my wife so bad until I wanted to go back home, but I couldn’t because I wanted to be with the other woman every day and every night. But after being away from my family for three months, I was visited by a brother (Brother Odell) one Saturday afternoon. He came to my house, and he told me about Jesus. After listening to God’s Holy Word, God talked to my guilty heart. After Brother Odell prayed for me, I repented of my sins, and I accepted Christ as my Savior. That same day I went back home to my family. I have been saved from my sins for 25 years (1979-2004), and I have NOT committed adultery one time since I have been saved! Glory to God for teaching me how to love, respect, trust, and to be true to my wife!
